Long-term CANS/RSI
If you have been suffering from CANS complaints for months or years and they do not go away with regular physiotherapy and/or exercise therapy, manual therapy or a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program, Valerie may have a different view for you.
Valerie herself developed CANS at the age of 15 and that is the reason she eventually became an exercise therapist herself. A wide range of training and specific further training and certainly her own patient experience, means that she has a different view of long-term CANS complaints.
She looks at you as an individual and works with you to find out where there are still gaps in the rehabilitation. The entire body is taken into account, both physically and mentally. Pattern recognition, unconscious fear of movement, stability and mobility are often pillars from which a lot of gain can still be made.
It is a different way of looking at life and how you can best fill it in according to your own burden. This is a long process but generally not intensive.
