Referral indications

Although many patients can come without a referral, there are a number of indications for which this is not possible. If you have had an accident, have just had an operation or have (ever) had cancer, a referral from your GP is required. For reimbursements that fall under the Borst list (chronic list Physiotherapy/Exercise therapy Cesar-Mensendieck), a referral from a specialist is required for reimbursement.

Below are all indications that we as exercise therapists Cesar-Mensendieck can treat. I have added a * to indicate that I work with frequently. In addition, there is a # for the indications for which complex complaints that have been present for a long time can also be treated, with my different view within the therapy.
